This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or other non-essential tracking cookies.
Essential technology
The website’s hosting service may use strictly necessary technical processes to deliver pages securely and reliably. The student organisers do not use these processes for advertising or behavioural profiling.
Destination films
Destination films are presented as click-to-load embeds from YouTube or Vimeo. The initial image and play control are hosted by this website, so no connection to either video service is made merely by opening the page. If you choose to play a film, the relevant external player will load and that provider may process information or use cookies. YouTube content is subject to Google’s privacy policy and YouTube’s terms. Vimeo content is subject to Vimeo’s privacy policy and terms.
No advertising or invasive tracking
The student organisers do not use advertising trackers or sell information about website visitors. The deliberate play action controls whether a third-party video player is loaded, so a general cookie banner is not currently shown.
Future changes
If analytics or other non-essential cookies are introduced in future, this notice will be updated and an appropriate consent mechanism will be added before those cookies are activated.
